As Deef already mentioned I was back at the hospital yesterday. They took out my catheter and after two hours I went to the toilet. Unfortunately still a lot of urine stayed in my bladder. I went to the urology department and they gave me the choice of going home with another catheter, or going home without a catheter, but catheterizing myself after each toilet visit to empty my bladder. This was a real relief and I chose the second option. So I am home without catheter. I already tried it a couple of times and all times my bladder was empty, so apparently I cannot pee under stress.
Congratulations!! Peeing under stress is difficult, or when you see feet in the cubicle next to yours, which I hate here in the US!!
